Motivation in Your Training

I think that obedience, for the most part can be quite boring. And, if I think it’s boring, imagine how bored your dog must be. Dogs that are bored usually don’t perform well and putting pressure on them only makes it worse.

Getting your dog motivated involves lightening up your energy. In this lesson, I work with Yossi and Siggy to put some more “umpfff” into their training. I think this is an invaluable lesson for almost EVERY person. We cover a host of exercises including: heeling, focused heeling, basic obedience and we end up working on Siggy’s STAND. It’s a fun lesson and I think you’re gonna love it.

Remember that the fun you build into training will enhance both your relationship as well as the way it looks to everyone else.
