Does the membership auto renew
Yes.
Both Memberships auto renew so you don’t lose member access.
Yearly Membership will auto renew at the monthly price after the year has expired. You can turn this off in your account at time. We did this so you don’t have a surprise $129 bill next year you might have no planned for.
Monthly Membership will auto renew on the date you sign up every month. You can turn this off in your account the at any time.
Is there a fee for canceling my membership
No.
There is no fee for canceling a monthly membership. You can cancel anytime without worry.
Yearly Memberships also do NOT have a fee to cancel but that is not a concern for any of our yearly members as they purchased that plan to save money and be here a while.
Do I get access to all member content

Do you offer refunds

We offer a refund if it is within the first 3 days of becoming a member and you have not activated more than 3 member lessons on your account.
Due to the nature of a membership site, you get instant access to all the member content on the site so we do not want people abusing the system and gaining access to the knowledge Robert has worked hard to provide his members.
Can I upgrade my membership plan
Yes.
You can upgrade a monthly plan to a yearly plan at any point without any fees.
If you change to the yearly plan in the middle of the month, you will receive a prorated discount when purchasing the Yearly Membership.
Is there a difference between the memberships
No.
The only difference is Yearly Members save $50 through the course of a year’s worth of monthly membership cost.

Gift Membership
How do I purchase a Gift Membership
Select either the Yearly or Monthly membership and after inputting your name and email, check the box that says “is this a gift”. Then finish selecting the payment method and purchase the membership.
After your purchase confirmation, a pop-up will appear asking you the name and email of the recipient who will receive the gift. You can also add a Custom Note to the gift message.
Does a gifted membership auto renew
No – a gifted membership will not auto renew since the plan is purchased with your money and not theirs.
Monthly membership expires 30 days after the gift is activated.
Yearly membership expires 365 days after the gift is activated.
The recipient will be reminded in an email a few days before their membership expires and they can choose to add their own payment method if they wish to continue.
How to claim a gifted membership
There will be a custom link sent to the email of the recipient, open the email and click on the link.
It will take you to the registration page to make a member account and that’s it.
When does a gifted membership start
The recipient of the gifted membership can activate and start the membership on any date they want. The effective time of the membership will not start until they activate their gifted membership.
For example:
You purchase a gift membership on August 3rd but the recipient doesn’t activate the gift until September 15. Their month of membership will start on September 15 and expire 30 day later.
What if my recipient loses the gift email
No need to worry. A copy of the special referral link is stored in the account that was used to send the gift.
An account is automatically created for you when you purchase the gift if you are not already a member. The special link can be accessed and sent from there at any time. You can also resend the gift email from your account as well.
Is my payment method stored on the gift recipients account
No – the payment method you used will not be seen nor stored on the gift recipients account.

I literally just want to cry. I have a beautiful 11 week old rottweiler. Feeling the deep responsibility of owning a large breed dog that has a reputation for aggression I went to a 40 yr+ trainer, spent $100's of dollars on a 2 hr consultation only to be warned about the potential horrors of my dog, and that if I didn't apply his techniques, I would be in big trouble.The techniques were high contact based, and at times felt cruel. Applying them, I feel that I have created some mistrust between me and my pup. It didn't feel right, but felt like I need to follow the "experts" advice. I found your video's and just teared up. It all makes so much sense. I wish I would have found them before. I am looking forward to applying your training techniques. Thank you!
Robert, I owe you so much! I watched all of your free videos for over 6 months to prepare myself before getting a new puppy. Your videos are very valuable to me. That is why I became a member as soon as you made it available. My dog's obedience and my relationship with him are amazing thanks to you and your methods. Our local dog training center uses compulsion dog training only. I took my now 1.5 year old Australian Cattle Dog there just for practice in socialization and training with distractions, however I used only your methods. He has taken 1st place in both his Obedience 1 & 2 classes thanks to your methods.
Hello Robert, First off, thank you for the great advice a couple of months ago regarding my Keeshond puppy who was peeing/marking on his bedding on a daily basis. I removed the bedding for two months as per your recommendation and re-introduced it with totally positive results. No more marking…The habit was broken. Excellent advice.Also, followed your instructions and changed from a flat collar to a prong collar and had an immediate change in behavior on our structured walks. Now they are actually structured walks… Once again, great advice. Thank you so much for your amazing contribution to the dog world. It seems you are making a huge impact on pet owners as well. I share your love for animals/dogs and truly appreciate all the education you bring to further ensure that dogs are trained and treated properly by their owners.
I'm thrilled with the results of using your tips to get my Yorkie to respect me and follow directions. He is 2 and a half, a very responsive pet, but one who was spoiled to the point of being the boss of me. After three weeks of using corrections and rewards he started walking nicely on a lead, sitting and waiting for a command to go, sitting on a walk instead of charging to get close to every other dog on a walk, and generally just doing what I told him to. He is happier, and so am I! I love your training style, and it quickly corrected my boy’s impulsive behavior. I have already recommended you to other Yorkie parents, who find their adorable bundles of joy can sometimes be little terrors. I’ll continue to do that, and I’ll continue to follow you as I am so impressed with you and your way with dogs. Thank you for helping me teach my boy to be a good dog.
