    Hi all,

    Today we had leash training.

I found one thing that i need help with.

When he walks away from me and he gets to the end of the leash i do a turn and walk away. He then runs to be next to me and i give him a compliment with a soft brush on the side. He keeps walking next to me the whole time. Till i turn to continue the walk then he walks away again. I did it mutiple times creating the problem im more walking back with a relaxed dog then walking the parcour i wanted to do. Is this normal in the start of the training?

Tomorrow we have training for being calm when he sees a dog.

We found a dog that doesnt react to other dogs and has a decent obedience level. Lets hope this will go better 😉

    Greetings Bjorn

Hi. Bjorn , the dog is more excited to go than he is to come back ,

My dog did the same thing and still does sometime .

So I will take him past the house for a bit , turn around and go past the house for a bit.

He then figures out what’s up and is better . Do that 10 or 15 times before .

It helped my dog a good bit . Gerard B
