I was wondering if there is a way for us to upload videoes of training sessions on here. It would be cool to get some feedback and to see other ppls techniques .

If you upload to youtube, vimeo, or even instagram first, you can then link to them in your post and people can view them by clicking.

Pretty much what @bethmw said. Just upload the video to any hosting provider and then link it in the message. The video will show up automatically.
