I have a 9 week old german shepherd and through training, I feel I am asking too much of him too fast and should be more concerned about building a relationship and socializing. He knows his name, is almost crate trained, and can sit on command. When should I really start training him hard

We have a 12 week old Springer spaniel puppy who is doing great with his training and potty training, he is a smart boy! I have noticed that he is weary about new people, especially when they get into on his level to say hello. I know that this is an important socialization period for him and wondering if there’s something we can do better? We try to let him go at his own pace but he doesn’t seem to want to say hello! We have had him for a week now and is extremely comfortable with me, my husband, and younger sister! Thanks in advance

Hi Mr. Cabral, 1.5 year old Rottweiler – Herman is Dr. Jekyl and Mr Hyde. He ferociously barks at the TV, hearing the bus, seeing someone out the window etc. And in those moments, it seems like he forgets anything else in the world— and if I try grabbing the end of his leash in one of his frenzies I feel like he may even snap/bite me. This was a problem recognized early on in board and train. He is neutered. He recently bit someone who pet him before I could intervene. Is this ‘curable?’ Local trainers I consult tell me I have to just accept it. Would proper collar use be a good fit for this? As always, thanks!!!!!
