Core Fitness – Strength Training for Your Dog

In this lesson I demonstrate a simple series of exercises you can do with your dog that will build strength, coordination and core strength that will get them into shape and keep them in great shape.  I’ve done a variation of these exercises with Goofy since he was young and I believe it helped keep him in shape his whole life!

More than just running, getting a series of movements that will get your dog to initiate their core muscle strength may help to reduce the risk of injuries as well as build confidence.  I strive to keep my dogs as healthy as I can, and that often means thinking outside of the box for fitness.  This lesson will give you one of my secret techniques to give your dog a great edge!
