So here’s volume 2 of me and Schmoo. We’ve been training almost a year at this point, all the basic foundations have been laid and it’s time to put them to use in a training. I think this is one aspect of the member’s section that I haven’t really focussed on too much – so here’s a great opportunity! You’ve done all the lessons on teaching pretty much everything I do in this training… but putting it into a routine is critical.

How do I move from exercise to exercise? What am I looking for in each exercise? All of the little pieces are things that I’ll cover in this series. I am planning on a few other courses in the future (hopefully this year) that will start from step one on all of these exercises, but it’s all already here in the other lessons. Look at the videos on focus heeling, tug, fronts and more.

As I said, this series is about having those basics and then putting them into a training routine / session. If you need the basics, this might not be the place to start…. This IS THE PLACE to look for putting pieces together…
