Our 9.5 month old Mal keeps attacking his elevated bed. I have corrected him with the prong collar, but he keeps going back to attacking it. He is good with it outside. I use it for the place command, and would like to use it inside to teach him the off switch. We do not allow any playing inside the house. He gets plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. He does it randomly, after play, training not a specific pattern. I have switched the bed from a fabric to the Kuranda, but still the same results. He gets praised and rewarded when he just lays on it.Any suggestions.

My dog princess gets nervous/skittish around certain sudden movements like opening a trash can lid or if there is something like a bike on the sidewalk.
