Wow thank you so much for sharing your experience and tips! Really appreciate it! And I will update in the future how it’s going.

He’s already showing some improvement and I have been doing the play you suggested as well. We also managed to fix our grass in our own garden (was a mud bath before) so now he has access to grass more frequently, and if he’s trying to rip some grass out we correct. But think he’s getting less obsessed with grass now in general since he has more access to it, we can even throw the ball on the grass now without him ripping it out until he gets too excited then he can’t help it haha.
