Refund Policy

If you don’t love my members only dog training videos and membership perks, you can request a full refund within the first 72 hours of activating your membership. I’m confident that you will build a better relationship with your dog through my training lessons.

You can cancel (turn off) your auto renew Membership subscription at any time without hidden fees or penalties. Cancelling auto-renew does not process a refund for unused time on a Yearly Membership. Refunds are only allowed within the first 3 days (72 hours) of activating the account.

It is my goal to make sure that you love your membership here at RobertCabral.com

I want to assure you that we do everything to make your experience here as beneficial as possible and help you in every way.  If you should have a problem with your membership, let us make it right for you.

Since the site allows members instant access to all lessons, we cannot refund membership fees once you have accessed the membership section of the site. 

However, if you were billed incorrectly we will do everything to make it right.
