  Choosing Collar Type

  Hi,
  I watched Roberts videos on loose leash walking where he introduced the choke/slip in one video and prong in the other.
  So my question was, how do i know which one to use for an aggressive (on and off leash) 5 years old dog?

  I found this video:

  He explains that starting out with corrective tools can get the dog frustrated.

  But…choke/slip is also a corrective tool. So should i just use a flat collar and teach the dog leash pressure with that?
  Or if you already thought your dog communication with choke chain, why would you even need to change it to prong?

  Any feedback is appreciated.
