  Release from the sit

  Hey. What i often do is at the training field i ask my dog to sit and walk around…pet other dogs and then release him (by “YES”) from distance with a throwing a stick or a leaf behind me when he runs into me.

  After watching the vid im a bit confused, its not a recall but a release…but at the same time he knows that he needs to run towards me.
  Also some times i ask him to sit and release when im near…so i alternate.
