Hi I am brand new here with my 13 month old Service Dog in Training. We also do Conformation, Rally, Obedience and hope to start Dock Diving next spring. Blaziken is a 13 month old Black Labrador Retriever. He is doing well in his training but I’m here to pick up things I missed in his foundation and progress from there.
I had shoulder surgery 10 days ago and will be in a sling for 10 more days. Look is something we definitely need a stronger foundation in. As I can’t put my right hand out to my side should I wait to start this until I’m out of the sling or how can I adpt this to accommodate my situation?

I personally would choose to then start with the left hand only, perhaps combined with your mouth (as seen in the video about it). You can always add in the other hand later on?
